Belle Carpets & Rugs offer a 14 day return policy on all carpets, rugs and kelims and a year’s exchange right at full price, valid from date of purchase. This applies to all carpets that are not sold at a reduced price. The exchange right does not apply to special carpets provided to the buyer according to his specific wishes regarding size, color or quality. We know that most buyers want to make sure they have bought the right product. Therefore, we offer this extraordinary exchange service, on oriental quality carpets, to our customers.
